Courtney Murray, MOT, OTR/L

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

My treatment philosophy is to be child and family-led in order to promote motivation, participation, and carryover. I believe it is important to make therapy meaningful and fun, while building a relationship with families, working together to help children become the very best versions of themselves.

Occupational therapy is an amazing field and I am grateful to have found my way into this career many years ago. I love seeing how OT can positively impact lives when children and families are given the support and guidance that is needed to help the child grow. Occupational therapy is guided by purposeful and meaningful activities, which means that I get to help people with the areas of their life that are most important to them. I love being a part of that. I took some time off from working in order to raise my own children, and I am back with an even stronger understanding of how to make sure that interventions are meaningful and doable in the lives of busy families, and even more passion to help children build the skills and self-confidence they need to shine in this world.
