Each of My Recess Therapy’s locations is set up like a home, so your family will feel comfortable and relaxed while you embark on your therapy journey.

You’ll find our St. Charles Location at 1601 E Main St, Unit G. We are located on the second floor of the building facing 64. Elevator access is available.

Our St. Charles location is our home base and where it all began!

LOBBY: Our St. Charles location provides a warm lobby set up like a family room for your family to get comfy while your child is in therapy. Within the lobby, you will find a play area nook, workstation, and cozy chairs for relaxing.

SENSORY GYM: Our sensory gym is designed to appeal to kids of all ages. Our equipment meets all sensory needs and focuses on all stages of development while challenging children of all ages.

PRIVATE ROOMS: Each private room allows for focused and Individual therapy time and provides a location to chat with families about their child’s needs and progress during parent empowerment sessions.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment to support activities of daily living (hand washing, cleaning, cooking) as well as address feeding concerns, including limited diet, sensory aversions to food, and feeding and swallowing development.

YOGA ROOM: Our Yoga Room is a low-stimulation space for movement. It is used for our social classes and to calm and relax during challenging days.
